"The studio of Alaine and Isobelle was ideal for my wife and myself they were very friendly and helpful. The village was situated well with a Coop, boulanger and a bar tabac who's owners were very pleasant and helpful and it was close to Royan and the place's we wanted to visit."

"Beautiful little property in the quiet village of Préguillac. Not far to the coast and an hour drive from La Rochelle and Bordeaux with lots of beautiful Vineyards to visit in between, and a 10 minute drive to Saintes with lots of restaurants and bars, as well as good shopping. Brilliant and welcoming hosts with cute dogs, will miss breakfast and coffee by the pool in the mornings."

Avions réservé à ce studio, l'hôte n'avait pas pris en compte notre réservation, donc il ne nous connaissait pas et n'avait pas notre nom en réservation puis selon ses dires , il ne serait pas sur cette plateforme abritel de ce fait la réservation à cette date était déjà prise pour un autre couple sur airbnb à la date du 12...

"We stayed in Cognac for a few days and when I the booked this place it looked perfect but upon arrival there were some issues that prevented a 5 star review:The good: great location, quiet area. Kitchen was well appointed, the bed was comfortable plus having a hot tub after a 9 hour drive was great.Needs improvement: the shower and sink area is open to the room offering no privacy. There were only sheer window coverings that allowed anyone to look in, if there had been instructions on how to use...
