Cecile and Davide were excellent hosts and their dog, Balto :) The house is about a 10 min cycle from Saint Savienen, where you can rent boats, do shopping etc. We would recommend this gite to anyone. "Sehr gut. Das Haus lag in einem Ortsteil von Saujon, nur 20 km vom Atlantik entfernt. Wir bevorzugten als Strand die Côte Sauvage , aber auch die Strände entlang der Küste um Royan waren sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Vorteil , nicht direkt an der Küste zu wohnen: französische Lebensart abseits der Touristenmeilen zu erleben . Märkte , Cafés , Boulangerien, Feste , kleine Restaurants und Bistros , Kirchen und Abteien . Und natürlich speziell in der Region : Austern und andere Meeresfrüchte absolut...
