"Nice water slide and pool. That’s it. The rooms are not well maintained. There was only a box spring and no mattress therefore the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. The tub smelled bad. The screen door was falling off. Centipedes were inside the room. The light switch to lights was not working so we had to turn off the main switch, including AC in order turn out the lights at night. "We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Incheon for 3 days. The staff is amazing and helpful. When my daughter needed a Dr appointment because she hurt her leg after coming back from Japan, the concierge scheduled a Clinic for us and got us a cab. Amazing service. I used the spa services and it is wonderful. Clean and quiet so relaxing. The people who worked with luggage would call a cab for us when needed and explained how to get around. The room we had is so clean and so comfortable. The room service is perfect and the restaurants are the best. We had the best experience at the Grand Hyatt. "
