"The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street so the rooms are quiet without any neighborhood noise. The air conditioning was perfect. The rooms are clean and quiet. The only downside is that the hotel is in the “financial” district and near the President’s house so the streets are frequently closed off by police for foreign dignitaries and after 3 PM when office workers have finished lunch many of the restaurants in the area are closed.
