"My family along with 2 other families rented this home while in Orlando for a soccer tournament. We all really enjoyed the home. The pool was perfect for all of us and the games upstairs kept the kids entertained for a while. The theater room was a very nice add to our stay too. The house was very clean and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. We had 11 people stay and we had plenty of room. The price was good too. Overall we were all very happy with this home. Only thing I would say is when you get to the gate to get your pass into the neighborhood the line is long and very backed up. So be prepared to wait. We would very much like to stay in the home again when we go back to Orlando!"

"I had brought 10 people down for a work trip and had plenty of room to spare! The rooms were very spacious, and everyone was able to have an en suite. my check in process was difficult at first, but quickly realized it was my mistake as I was trying to enter the code into the lock box and not on the door keypad. I called and received a call back shortly after! Great response time! I will say that there are some minor things that need to be addressed from the owner: Microwave house was falling off Both trash/recycling slide outs, do not really slide out Both dishwashers were not working properly. One didn't shut and the other was missing the wheels on the bottom rack. So, we ended up cleaning dishes by hand. Grill needs to be repaired. The ignitor doesn't work and most of the burners are rusted out. So, the flame becomes uncontrollable. The games in the garage were not on and there were no instructions on how to use them. The AC in the garage did not work, so it quickly became too warm in there and everyone had to do something else. Overall, the minor things I have mentioned above did not stop us from having a great time and enjoying the nights we were there!"

"Me and my family booked this place for memorial day weekend and it was great. This house was beautiful, spacious, and it accommodated our whole family. Sadly, we did not get to explore the amenities at the clubhouse with the lazy river, but the house was perfect and we really didn’t even need to leave entertainment with the game room and pool was enough for us. Would definitely book again."

"Our group of 22 had plenty of room. The house was a nice home base while enjoying our Orlando/Tampa Bay excursions. The kitchen was well equipped with all the items we needed to cook."
