Located just 230m from the Les Grands Montets ski lift, this 2nd floor duplex provides a serene and natural spot from which relax and socialise.

Internally, the underfloor heating and open plan layout offers a comforting ambience in which to kick back. A charming sitting room with beamed ceiling, a lovely mountain-view balcony, TV and L-shaped sofa provides the perfect setting for day-night entertaining.

An adjoining open Kitchen Diner easily lets guests prepare tasty meals and snacks, whenever they choose. The Kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine dishwasher and fridge freezer.

Upstairs, the sleeping accommodation is ideal for flexible family groups; with the Master bedroom furnished with Twin Joinable beds, alongside a child-friendly 2nd bedroom with bunk beds and 1 Single bed. Winter Vacation

The property is rather small, but well equipped and extremely conveniently located to skiing.

OK but not great

Communal areas of building very underwhelming and building generally very tired. Apartment no better - Lots of potential to be nice but requires a lot of tlc. Bathroom in particular with old shower curtains and very aged fixtures and fittings - needs a refurb. Just disappointing for us overall. Wifi was extra also and why can't you just put a smart tv in? its 2023. Perhaps we should have read every detail but some things we take for granted now. Despite the above, on the upside - convenient location and we love the skiing here so had a great holiday. Friendly service.

merci pour la souplesse de gestion

petit erreur de clé à l'arrivée ;-) la télé ne marchait pas bien ; le raccordement HDMI n'était pas fonctionel ; le rangement des skis non accessibles ! mais sinon globalement bien et surtout merci d'avoir géré mon erreur dans la réservation sur la date de fin de séjour : vous auriez pu me le faire confirmé ... ce ne doit pas etre courant que qqun parte le vendredi matin ? merci

un séjour très agréable

L'emplacement est idéal , vue sur le Mont Blanc !!! L'appartement est agréable , bien décoré : comme un chalet en bois . Les 2 seuls bémols sont : la salle de bain, plutôt dégradée, à refaire et les rideaux non occultants et en mauvais état de l'étage.
