"Hotel's staff were friendly, polite & helpful. Our 3 bedroom residence was perfect & the location of hotel was perfect for our golf trip as there were lots of courses close by. The awesome beach view was relaxing after a hot day on the golf course. The poolside restaurant had delicious food & attentive staff. We're already planning our return trip & staying at the Hyatt again."

"Good location with many eateries around. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent view from the balcony of our hotel room overlooking the Han River. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the hotel prepared a nice cake for us in our room. We were grateful for their arrangements. Breakfast was nice too with a good mix of international and Vietnamese food. However, we felt sad to see a lot of food wastage by guest and hope that the staff could do more to curb the wastage. "

"A lovely, relaxing place to stay. Great villa and private pool set up and approx 15mins car ride to both Da Nang and Hoi An so lots of great options to enjoy and explore. We went snorkelling to Cham Islands and thoroughly recommend also. "
