"Lovely staff. Great room and breakfast."

"We had a fabulous time in Vietnam but Hoi An was definitely the highlight. We were concerned that we should have stayed in town but with Grab taxis costing 5 GBP we realised we made an excellent choice. Lounged by the pool, visited their beach resort, had great breakfasts and used the free shuttle to the fullest extent. After 4 days we said a tearful goodbye to the wonderful receptionist/staff member, Ly who has one of the loveliest smiles! Thoroughly recommend the Silk Sense for all of the above reasons. "

"The best hotel we stayed in when travelling Vietnam. The hotel is situated very close to the Hoi A Night Market and the Hoi A Lantern Boats. The hotel staff were very friendly and advised on how to get the best tickets for attractions. Restaurant recommendations were also given - try Miss Ly’s if you get the chance. The hotel was very clean and the amenities were excellent. We also used the on-site restaurant and spa services, both of which were outstanding. Cannot recommend more highly"

"The staff were very friendly. The front desk staff were kind, and the servers at the restaurant were also really nice. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The only downside was that the bathroom was quite small and the lighting was too dim. Also, plastic part of the key holder kept coming loose and falling to the floor. Overall, many of the interior features in the room were quite old."
