Our evening meal was also delicious and so nice not to be rushed. All staff were very helpful and friendly, we only stayed one night but would certainly recommend."

"Right in the center of town and an easy walk from the train station in Barnstaple. Everything is right there in walking distance and it's all just as funky and charming and welcoming as can be! The hotel's foundation has sunken a bit (or more in some places) which is charming but a little disconcerting if you're thinking you might fall out of bed!"
