"Fantastic common area, friendly staff, useful kitchen amenities, fairly comfortable bed and the blackout curtains helped a lot. People were quiet so I could have a good sleep. Bathroom was large and clean. Location on a side street meant the whole area was quiet but still 10-20 minutes walk from lots of attractions/points of interest. One thing I didn't like was the confusion about double-booking beds/ wrong assignment of beds - but it was sorted easily and everyone was happy in the end."

"Just checked out after 3 night stay. Was really anxious after reading other reviews, however there was no need to worry. It wasnt the cleanest but didnt bother us, a stray hair on the floor, dirty grout in the bathroom etc. My 5 year old loved having her bed so close to me. The aircon worked great!! It was up to 36degrees this week so very grateful!! After not sleeping the first night due to a rubbish pillow, i requested an extra one which was waiting on the bed on our return, no problem!! The location was great!! I would book again, dont let the bad reviews scare you too much, just be realistic about getting what you pay for."
