"Arrived late at night for a 4 night stay… apartment 5 that we booked was occupied so we were shown into another apartment and there was water pouring through the ceiling from the apartment upstairs. No other rooms available in this property or their others so had no choice but to stay. Was told their maintenance team knew about the problem but were on vacation! Promised us that night would be refunded. Promised us the leak would be fixed first thing in the morning. No-one turned up… the water...

"Great property! Very easy check in and out, clean and comfortable spaces, and equidistant from two great neighborhoods and Underground stops (Earls Court & Kensington). There was a small issue during our stay and management was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Property was great. Only suggestion would be a better form of room cooling. The building was very hot and the fan provided insufficient. That aside, I was very impressed and would certainly use again."

"Communication really effective, the property was spotless and really cosy. Really liked the layout, bed was super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. V close to Shepherd's Bush station on a bustling high street but still.not noisy at all. Definitely staying here again."

"Room was a bit small but I am satisfied because I am small convenient with kitchenette. One thing I probably comment was a bit far from Hammersmith station. Nice area I feel save also has lock at the door that you need code to get in. Register is 109 addr. "
