Walls were scared up and looked dirty looking told by manager didn’t have time to paint. Owners just seemed to not really care "

There is an area of mold about 30 inches by 5 inches (at the widest point) on an interior hallway wall. Paint was buckling and some plaster was on the floor. in the hallway and in the kitchen. Our son, who is a housing inspector, said...
