"First of all from the checking in the problems begun to start. I booked at the price of 1150 and they told that they won't give me the room for that money and I have to pay 1600.i tried to contact hotels.com and couldn't find any numbers to contact. So I paid the amount. The room was In pathetic condition. Air conditioning was not working properly and the food which I ordered through get an hour to get delivered. Washroom was dirty and the water was not draining from the bathroom. Never ever...

The rooms were clean and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The proximity to the airport is incredibly convenient, yet the property feels peaceful and relaxing. Dining options were excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes and outstanding hospitality. Truly a five-star experience all around. Highly recommended!"

"Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. The restaurants serve delicious local dishes as well as international cuisine. The only downside is the area outside the hotel property, particularly near the ferry bay. It is beyond the control of the hotel but it is sad to see how the local government has ignored a naturally beautiful location to stray dogs, foul smelling garbage, poor drainage and abandoned public utility works etc. "
