"I am not one who typically writes reviews but I really couldn't have asked for a better home to spend a few nights in Piemonte. The house was big enough to have intimacy amongst friends and couples staying with us, warm enough to bring us all together to raise a glass, knife, and fork. The house felt like a home and we only wish it wasn't November and we could have spent more time relaxing by the pool. Can't wait to come back. Miss it already."

"The property is beautiful and comfortable, with a true chefs kitchen and outdoor pizza oven. The decor is top notch. The garden with beautiful roses and other flowering plants, the spacious pool and deck, and the baths including soaking tubs, are all icing on the cake. Highly recommend this home."

"Everything went smoothly, Simonetta and Carlo were communicative and helpful. The house is great for a group. The main fireplace was a the gathering place. Make sure to check about the availability of the pool/hot tub and sauna, they were unfortunately closed for the winter when we arrived."

"Das Haus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen Pontinvreas im Naturschutzgebiet. Wenn man zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken hier Urlaub machen möchte, liegt es wirklich toll. Allerdings sind es deutlich mehr als 15 Minuten bis zum Strand und dann auch nur zum touristischen Teil. Wenn man einen ruhigen Badeurlaub mit Kindern verbringen möchte, sollte man in einer anderen Ecke der Region eine Unterkunft suchen oder muss eben einen längeren Weg(mindestens 30 Minuten, eher länger) in Anspruch nehmen. "Really everything was beautiful. We can recommend this house like it is. There are no additional wishes that could be provided. Every day we could walk to the beach. It is a few steps but we loved to walk a bit and have some movement. Every evening we enjoyed the sun set on the balkony and see the moon rising over the sea. At the beach there are several nice places and the weather feels less hot than the thermometer shows. Go there, you would never regret."

"Benigno and Ambra are a lovely couple and wonderful hosts, who were fully contactable and very helpful. "Maison en parfait état et bien aménagée. Bon point de départ pour découvrir la région. Nous avons surtout apprécié les grottes riches en traces de la présence humaine. Le petit musée historique de la vieille ville et son ambiance tranquille par rapport à la plage trop mercantile. Belles promenades à partir de San Bernardino. Encore merci au propriétaire qui a été très gentil avec nous et à Cristina tout au long de notre séjour."

"very well equipped accommodation, lots of room and great pool. Location is excellent, close to the cloys medieval village but only few kilometres away from the beach. No problems with the neighbouring pizza restaurant (quite after 23h)"
