"Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um die Hälfte von einem alten Gebäude. Es wurde renoviert, wenn auch nicht immer durchdacht. In der anderen Haushälfte wohnt eine Familie mir Kindern. Das Haus ist Teil von einem Weiler und im Grünen (Haselnüssen und Landwirtschaft). Die anderen Häuse des Weilers sind jedoch neu und zum Teil noch im Rohbau. Wir hatten keine Bautätigkeiten. Es gibt einen grossen Pool mit 4 Liegestühlen und einem Sonnenschirm, jedoch ohne Aussicht. Die Terrasse ist mit einem...

"Schönes altes Gebäude mit schöner Innenarchitektur, oben auf dem Berg. Betten defekt und laut, Matratzen alt und furchtbar, Fenster gehen nicht zu und Griffe fallen ab. Kühlschrank in gemauertem Kasten neben Ofen im selbigen Kasten, überhitzt und funktioniert nicht gut. Bettwäsche für 10€ p. P. , Kurtaxe ohne Beleg p. P., dann noch 150€ für Endreinigung, machte beim Einzug sofort 360€ (Rummss!) plus Miete 2400€ für 12 Tage. Frau, welche Haus betreut nicht erreichbar als Strom und Wasser weg war....

"It was second time we selected this location to stay a couple of days in Piedmont. Appartement ist equipped with love and here you will find all you need for vacation. Environment is very beautiful for hiking or driving around to taste different wines "

"We spent 5 nights in Castellvechio and IT was really nice there....the house, the tiny Village, the Hills around and of course the two terrazes. Once WE had a Barbecue in the upper terraze and everything we needed was even there. "We travelled to Piemonte for wine tasting, and this house is almost ideally situated in the middle of the Asti-Alba-Barolo-Barbera-Barbaresco area. It is in a rural area, and the local farmer does drive his tractor and truck by the house occasionally (several times a day). Otherwise, noise is almost nonexistent. "Kein WLAN, nur ein winziges zweites Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett und winzigem Fenster, Schlafsofa fällt halb auseinander, kein Pool (obwohl auf den Bildern zu sehen). Alles in allem ist die Wohnung niemals für 6 Personen geeignet. Die Wohnung ist auch relativ weit weg vom Strand und man ist meistens auf das Auto angewiesen."
