"0/10 Do not stay here So I initially booked this hotel because of the images on the page showed big rooms with balconies and an amazing view. In reality, the rooms were very small, had no view, and no balcony. After our initial complaint, management then showed us the rooms that were actually advertised. The problem is they were TWICE THE PROCE! Upon our refusal to stay, management refused to refund us. I contacted Expedia, and they couldn't help me either. Fortunately, my credit Card company...

"This was my first time in Alacati - and was it a great experience! The hotel itself is beautifully built and thought out. Kudos to the designers - you just felt relaxed the moment you enter: the colors, the light, the space (it did not feel crammed like some little hotels) Still not sure if this adult only - but there were no kids and it was quiet and chill. It has a gorgeous pool… don’t fall for the beach though :) they did a nice job of creating a little “beach” area but it’s just a pier...

"Overall, my three-night stay with my three kids was enjoyable. The suite was pleasant, offering a great view in an amazing location. However, the language barrier was a challenge for some annoying stuff ( especially to the guy that was in a white shirt right at the back of the restaurant). However, Büşra was very nice at the restaurant. Friday morning food was disappointing, but over the weekend was nice. Additionally, the weekend experience was marred by neighboring guests smoking, causing...

"Hospitality was great. We got welcomed by a staff at 8pm. Next morning breakfast was over average. Price was similar to the others in the neighborhood. Drawbacks: There was no iron, so I had my shirt wrinkly going to the NYE party. WiFi was NOT working, cellular reception is worse.. so I had hard time with my job."

"My family and I had a great time at Ontur. Premises we well kept and everything was very clean and operating as expected. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food was excellent with enough variety and fresh. Beach was gorgeous. Pools were nice and clean. Nothing but the best to say about Ontur. Highly recommend!!!"
