"The staff at Hotel Ruze were more than accomodating and kind. My partner uses a wheelchair and we were assisted every step of the way. And there were a lot of steps! Things that would have been helpful to know: the spa is downstairs, two sets of stairs. It’s gorgeous. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The Thai massages were excellent. "We arrived more than one hour before the regular check in time. The staff was very welcoming, and our room was ready for us to check in. "The staff were extremely kind and hospitable! We left some stuff behind and they contacted us on Expedia ASAP for us to pick it up before we left the town. We were very grateful.
