"The property itself was very clean and nice but the overall location was terrible. Dogs constantly barking, the dwelling is so close to the road which you can almost feel the shaking when cars drive by quickly, the house is very empty regarding any source of entertainment (books, board games, etc.). While I understand this is a duplex, we had no idea of knowing when someone occupied the other half which caused concerns when we would hear the gate being opened and closed at all hours of the day....
