"I was notified less than a week before my stay that the restaurant would not be available except for breakfast due to remodeling. The hotel gave the option to cancel but I didn't have time to consider other options. The property didn't feel the most secure with all the workers constantly coming and going. The bar only currently...

"It's a beautiful place in a beautiful village. Walking distance from the lake and local marketplace. Great fresh local food everywhere and ferrys or private boat rides to other villages. Inside parking and terrace is a plus."

"Mejorar atención en restaurante"

"Beautiful gardens! The restaurant was delicious and the free breakfast was amazing! A safe and beautiful spot to stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly. One worker helped pump up our tire with his air compressor in the morning."

Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. "Good place to stay, close to things, staff super nice and accommodating. The only thing we had troubles with was the noise outside. We could hear the entire street at night and hard to sleep. Breakfast was great!"

"Hotel/family house located in a safe area, however it was very difficult to find at the very beginning. The house is in an inner space, where guests have to walk through a narrow hall between two other houses. The is a sign on the light pole in the main street, however hard to be seen Juana was courteous and very friendly, same as other staff in the hotel. Room was clean, well organized and the distribution of bedroom, living room/office space and bathroom was good."

"Bien"

"Beautiful view, clean and cozy cabin. The host is very nice and responsive."

"Bueno para hospedarse en pareja jóvenes por las escaleras. Tienen un jacuzzi y sauna muy especial."

"Es un hotel bonito, el personal muy amable, tiene habitaciones limpias pero los servicios son los más básicos, y si tiene problemas de bichos y mucho mosquito ojalá mejoren eso"

"Que la toallas no esten perjudicas. Lo sugeri en recepción. Todo lo demás.muy bien"

"I wanted to like this place but the service and attention wasn’t great for its value. I probably wont be going back."

"Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was clean, ready upon arrival. Location is very good."
