"The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. "We enjoyed our stay at Sonder! Both this location and the Spanish steps location are super central to Rome. We felt very safe in this area as 3 young girls traveling alone, the area was always busy and there were 3 doors with codes to get through which felt safe. The biggest downfall is the showers in the room, which I think are an issue in most of Europe? They don’t believe in shower curtains or doors!!! Water gets EVERYWHERE so we had to pile towels around the shower to avoid having a...

"The place is great, very good located, people from housekeeping the best and happy to offer their help in all you need. They go from 10 to 2pm Monday to Saturday. The apartments are walkable everyplace in the city, very well equipped but maybe they can add a small microwave. We enjoyed it very much but we never understood they don’t have a reception at all. You have to visit with a cell to contact the manager or owner who help us very much in transfers."

"Love this property right in the heart of Rome. It’s charming and clean. The A/C works great. The staff responds right away. It was comfortable for our family of 4. The restroom has good size. The apartment had 2 closets that really help us keeping everything organized. It’s small but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property is old but is part of its charm. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely look for this company for future destinations. "

"Wonderful location, quiet and only mins of walking to many attractions including the Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, etc. There are many restaurants and gelatos nearby. Room is clean and very spacious. Air conditioning worked well. Francesca helped us with Check in and she is great. We were able to check in early at noon as well. Some minor drawbacks for us: -If you have mobility issues, this place might not be for you since no lift is available in the first floor. We had to climb one...
