You don't get this with a third party booking site! Good luck with the remote intercom and be prepared to speak some French if not native! "They sent me a message in advance that even though a human is not at the front desk 24/7 you can get into your room. That means a lot when I've experienced a lot less than that. Another thing good about their keypad locks is that they were very helpful about resetting the combination of my door lock when I misplaced my written card. It took seconds and stopped potential thieves who might find my old card."
