"This is a quirky hotel with small rooms. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless. This hotel is not suitable for people with handicaps as the hallways are very narrow, the elevator is small and there is a step up to the bathroom and a step down to the shower. It’s a nice private hotel at a reasonable price."

"The hotel was nice, even though it is getting old - not in a nostalgic or charming way. The location was convenient, close to transportation and the river, giving easy access to everywhere. A bit of concern I had was the street where the hotel entrance was located but still manageable. Oh, and the app don't work anymore - not big deal but good to know it. Averall.hood. Perhaps I'm just comparing with other CitizenMs I've started which were a bit better. Still fine to stay and probably will do it again."
