"Very clean and helpful staff. Very central located, close to restaurants and little shops. Concierge met us upon arrival to help us with luggage. Hotel has AC and it was appreciated since weather was hot. Bottled water was provided daily. Room was large as well as restroom. Coffee pot provided. We also were welcomed with a bottle of wine and asked us to let them know when we needed cups to enjoy. Room was kept clean daily. Breakfast can be enjoyed there. Bar is also available on site. They helped us get a taxi scheduled for early departure to airport. Great stay. "

"The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The rooms were nice, although the lighting and storage could be better. But we absolutely loved our stay there. Location could not be more perfect for strolling beautiful Querétaro. And having the amazing breakfast in the rooftop with those amazing views was priceless. "
