"The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Queretaro, close to everything. There were a couple of hiccups during check-in and the staff promptly resolved them. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I expected. A couple of things though, Hotels.com advertises that this hotel has a spa and they DO NOT, the front desk told me they could send someone but they never gave me the price list or any info about it. The other comment is about the bath towels, they are a little old with frayed hems. Other than that my stay was comfortable with daily room service, the hotel was clean, and the service was great!"

"The Historic hotel was built in 1825, fortunately it's been updated and is a great place to stay while you are in Santiago del Querétaro . Beds were comfortable and the convienence to walking in el Centro Historico can't be beat. Very Good restaurant too. "

"Attentive and friendly staff making you feel welcomed to the hotel. Walking distance to plaza de las armas and many other local eateries and shops. Room was good size and comfortable.
