"The staff was wonderful. We got to store our bags beforehand and then they allowed us to check in early. They gave us 3 free drink tokens. "By far the best hotel we stayed in our European vacation. Pedro at reception was very friendly and helpful and provided a lot of info for the hotel and area. Breakfast dinning room was so fancy, glamorous and beautiful. "I loved how spacious the room was. And the location is an ideal location, with restaurants and bars just outside the accommodation. This was a very pleasant surprise, as we had a very late check in and were very hungry. Staff was very friendly, and he helped us carry our bags up the stairs, while the others took the lift. Overall excelent experience, and would definitely go back again! "
