"Conveniently located. Clean, spacious suite. It might seem a little frosty in the wintertime as there are basically no decorations. But on hot summer days and during warm fall weather it is just fine. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good value for your money"

"Love staying at the Crown Plaza North York. Small tweaks: -Please, please, please get in room Nespresso machines. -Is there any way to make the tubs less slippery?!?!?! - Can you make sure all lamps work? - Is there any way to get sheers on the windows beneath the black out curtains? Would have loved to lounge in my jammies, black out blinds open, without fear of being seen! Still love this hotel!!!"
