My room had been redone since my last visit and was nicer than many places where I would have to pay twice as much. About a mile off Interstate 70, close to a Denny's and Maverick with the best Gas prices in Utah. "

"I read the online reviews before booking our stay. What a gem! The virtual check in was easy and drama free. Our twin queen room was fresh, clean and bright! There were thoughtful touches everywhere to make room feel comfortable and cozy. The beds were the best of our trip and there was plenty of hot water. Although the motel is located on route 24, the room was quiet. There were a number of great restaurants nearby and the entrance to Capitol Reefs was a quick 10 minute drive. Love this motel!"

"I like the location of this property. It feels safe. Bed had clean sheets, fairly comfortable , bathroom was clean and towels were clean. Floor in the bedroom wasn’t clean. I wiped off with paper towels. It was quiet. Had a good sleep. I stay at this property because it meets the requirements for passing through and allows dogs. We’ll stay again on my way back. It’s cleaner and safer than other motels 6. Have never had a really bad experience. Have stayed here several times."

"The motel is very convenient and close to a few restaurants and the downtown area. Helper Beer (brewery and restaurant) is just a block away. The motel itself was clean but well worn. It is in the process of refurbishment as far as I can observe. The room had an electric fireplace, microwave, and refrigerator. For the price this is an excellent value. I would stay there again."
