"I've been on the road full time for 6 years. For the first time EVER, every employee from the front desk on through to the store, deli, etc., was so down to earth friendly and helpful. Even Las Vegas resorts could use a week of training here on true customer service. Well done and it's so pleasing to know this old school way of serving folks still exists."

"Very comfortable bed with clean room. Everything made for a good night rest on our journey. Would definitely book a room again. Initially I didn’t understand the check in process. Expedia indicated that we would receive an email 24 hours in advance of our stay. We didn’t receive an email but instead the management sent a text message the morning of our stay. Once we read the text message, the check in process went smoothly. All in all it was an excellent experience. "

"We stayed at this wonderful house for two nights while visiting Capitol Reef NP . The pictures do not do it justice. It was absolutely spotless and like a well appointed guest house. The owners have anticipated every need and are very generous with paper towels, toilet paper, washer pods, etc. The town of Loa is small but we found a restaurant, gas and a grocery store.
