"Very clean and central. Parking is valet only and $60 a day. It can be difficult to find a spot to drop off your car but they do their best. We were allowed to leave our car for the day after checkout which was very appreciated. Staff are very nice. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to be central to everything. "

"This place is amazing and beautiful. Indoor gardens are relaxing, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We spent 5 days here and could have stayed longer. Stayed at the Cascades and loved listening to the waterfall every night. Slept with the door open and the rush of water all night was most relaxing. Bring money, everything is expensive."

"I had booked thru a 2 nd party, the front desk was very kind as they had some difficulty finding out reservations. All of the staff were helpful. The bartender recommended a wonderful drink that I asked for, it was wonderful, and so refreshing. Room was clean and comfortable. "
