"This is a great little place to stay in Valentine. Staff was great and the rooms are large. The courtyard was wonderful for the dogs. The only challenge was breakfast. It was a holiday weekend so there were very limited options for food and the hotel breakfast was a little lacking."

"This hotel is a gem. Mona greeted us kindly and gave information on where too eat and the location of Smith Falls. There is a simple breakfast provided. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The room and bathroom were spacious. The bathroom was well supplied. Of all the hotels we've stayed at across the State of Nebraska i can say this one was the BEST"

"Barb was awesome! Thank you so much for understanding. We had to call and inform them that we were going to be there after 11pm. Barb was nice enough to leave the keys for us so we were able to check in when we got there with no issues. Everything was clean and we got a good nights sleep. Definitely would visit again and recommend it to anyone looking for a motel thats quiet, peaceful and just off the highway in a small town. Thanks again Barb! You're the best!"

"Property was very quiet. Small town , not much around the hotel, but there is a McDonalds. We left before breakfast was out, so have no comment on that. "

"I went to Winner, South Dakota to go pheasant hunting. I brought my bird dog with me and it was no problem having her in the room (pet friendly). There were no real negatives to the room and I will stay there the next time I am in Winner. There is a Subway restaurant in the parking lot adjoining the hotel. There is a McDonalds one block away for morning coffee. "

"If you want a get-away cabin, then this is the place for you. Very nice, clean cabin in a quiet area. The phone/Dish TV reception is not very good. Phone had one bar and couldn’t get anything on the Dish system. Come for relaxation and not video entertainment! "

"Solid built log cabin on a gorgeous lot overlooking the lake. We saw deer and pheasants daily and even a coyote. This is as nice as a cabin can get and we highly recommend checking this property out."

"The house has a great layout and was perfect for our small group. The living room has a stunning view of the river. The kitchen is well stocked (though a bit disorganized) and was perfect for preparing our meals. Quick responses from the property manager when I had questions. We would definitely stay again in this beautiful home!"
