"It's nice but. We stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite, which was the second highest suite option. It was nice, the jacuzzi was very nice, the shower had a rain shower head, the sink counter was marble. It had a mini bar, a king size bed, and a 60" TV. That said, it has definitely seen better days. The imitation wood floor was warped and corroded in areas around the edge. The areas that aren't so visible were worn, the bed was a bit too firm for our taste, and the walls outside on the balcony were...

"The rooms are old and need upgrading. One of the mattresses is thin from being used too long, too often. The built-in furniture are ragged and worn - clean, thankfully, but very much need replacing. The staff are generally helpful and responsive. It was great having a 24hr restaurant and a 24hr coffee shop with relatively good food and choices. Easy access to trikes and worse come to worst, you can walk to SM Clark when traffic is bad. We liked the rooftop restaurant and pool plus the massage...

"It has gone downhill post Covid. Light bulbs out, fridge door would not close fully, cabinets missing handles just in our room. It was the same all over the resort. Food used to be on the high side for price worth it. Now food is still on the high side (higher now) and quality has dropped significantly. Pool was small but deep and clean."

"Hotel itself is good. The staff is friendly. There’s a lot of renovation ongoing on the hotel. My small nit is there’s not much to do in the area except for the casino. There’s a 7-11 across the street that is not so convenient given it’s a 6-lane road cross and no zebra crossing. But it’s the only place where you can buy anything. The water pressure is also too low (on the 5th flr) for the rain shower, but handheld one works fine. There is a shuttle going to a nearby SM mall but I didn’t get to...
