Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town

"Property and experience are really great. Staff is a bit detached but overall helpful enough. Great room. Great location near a lot of really prime Albuquerque destinations. I’ve bashed this hotel before in the past but I have it another chance. My first experience was stunning on how rude the staff was. Thought I was in Vegas for a minute. But the place is too special not to try again. I did. I’m glad I did. Only downside is the area is replete with a major homelessness / drug addicted population that can be aggressive at times. Both stays I felt lucky when I woke up and my car hadn’t been stolen. Building a fence around the place would be the only fix I think would work. They have hired security. That’s fine and all. But a fence would be better. Would I stay there again ? Yes Would I might sure my theft policy on my car insurance is up to date ? Yes."

"Fabulous staff! So friendly and nice. Good restaurants. Didn’t use the casino but played golf. Wonderful golf course. Some remodeling around the clubhouse."

"They are a terrific old hotel right within walking distance of downtown and the art gallery row. Very kind. Being from a hot climate, they turned the heat on whereas the rest of the hotel had a/c. Very accommodating!"

"Our suite was great with a spacious living area and a balcony that supports a table and 4chairs. It was great to enjoy the outdoors and relax. Access to downtown is convenient with shopping and dining within walking distance. We encountered rain during our stay and this room offered a spacious place to relax. Even though we didn’t use the pool the temperature was like bath water."
