Been staying here for a lot of years but the last few times it has not been very clean, it is in DESPERATE need of a renovation. The doors locks are not secured to the door. It looks like doors were broken into. The room needs cleaned, new tiling for bathroom floors & new paint. So run down… we will not be staying in the near future! We didn’t want housekeeping coming in the 3 days we were there but when we went to get 2 towels, wash cloths & hand towels after 2nd day they said none were...

New hotel in excellent condition. Convenient to Highway and gas station. Receptionist needs in servicing and customer service and friendliness. We used Expedia to book this hotel and I gave her two last names reservation could be under. She insisted I find my email To confirm reservation. After a few minutes of struggling to find email, I suggested are using picture ID. Not sure why she didn’t suggest that right away and not waste my time struggling with finding an email on my phone. ...

We were very happy with both the cleanliness and the genuine kindness of the staff. I appreciated the texts that check in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Overall, 10/10! We will be back!

Perfect for our business trip

Even though renovations were ongoing, the stay was very comfortable.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast had good variety and food was well prepared and set up.

Love, love loved this unique place! Enjoyed it so much that we decided to make a reservation to stay there on our way back home. Breakfast each morning was a treat!

Parking and location were perfect for us

Room and bathroom were very clean and roomy, nice little extras too. Bed was comfortable. Grounds very well kept up. Close and lighted parking.

We enjoyed our stay! The room was large and pretty clean. The free breakfast was great! The hotel is fairly close to the downtown Springfield attractions (~10-15 minutes). Our only complaint was that the indoor pool is FREEZING! We didn't last more than 30 minutes in the pool because our kids' lips were blue and teeth were chattering. Overall, we would stay here again!
