"Friendly staff. Clean room. It served its purpose. I did have to get the front desk person to help open our door the first time. You had to quickly yank the door handle up as soon as the keycard activated the lock. It was just kind of annoying. The bedside lamps didn't work either but not a deal breaker for us. "

The best thing about our stay was the hospitality and professionalism displayed by the Hotel Staff, especially the Housekeeping Staff. The Housekeeping Staff, especially the African-American young lady who appeared to be the Lead, were great and treated us like Family. Well done to the Staff!"

"The second shift girl was amazing, they really need better housekeeping. The first room the ring around the tub made it look as if they forgot it was there. We were able to switch rooms very easily with the help of this amazing front desk rep. That was nice enough to walk me to 2 additional rooms to ensure that they were cleaned properly. She was alone running the place with tons of complaints from guest, but was kind enough to ensure our comfort during our stay. "

"It's not the highest but not lowest. The rooms were fine we were next to the pool that was bad but holiday weekend lots of kids. We stayed because it was walking distance to the ocean center. Grandkids graduating. The place next door had great food. All in all not a bad place "

"Me and my girlfriend was very sceptical, but was only staying one night. As I know this is a very old hotel, I stayed here 25 years ago. But gave it a chance on short notice and was not disappointed at all,,For the age!! Recommended to a few of our friends. And will be back."
