"Nice hotel with nice room. Really like the microwave in the room as well as plates and cutleries. Room is spacious and hotel is near CIQ and mall, but you need to jaywalk there unless you take the hotel shuttle bus. Overall nice place for a short getaway. Thank you! "

"Brought my parents for a short getaway. Love the environment, cleanliness and the friendliness of the staffs except for an incident where my mum asked the reception for directions and was told to open her maps and follow the GPS which I find it rude. As elderly parents, she asked as she was not sure but only to get that kind of response. Other than that, the stay was good."
