"We have always stayed at AMARI when we go over to JB. It's our favourite hotel in JB because of the excellent service and hotel comfort however this time there was something wrong with our toilet. A slight lingering smell from the pipes whenever we return back to our room. Hope they can do something about it. "

"The room was large and spacious. Day view of the seaview room is pleasant. I found the standing shower area to be too small and the shower area also looked like ut needs some deep cleaning. Overall comfortable stay but I wished the bathroom was more sparkling clean."

"Spacious n clean. But amenities within room some not in working condition. If only hotel ensure n see to it that better daily amenities maintenence are done. Especially good TV reception n bath necessities. Furniture decor definitely need a makeover asap. They are too old. Overall acceptable for a short stay. Plus point it's very near KSL. "

"Pillowcase had greasy scalp perspirant odour and probably hadn’t been changed since several guests ago. Very disconcerting to discover the source of the odour some time after laying in bed. Hotel staff insisted that the pillowcase was fresh (it patently was not), and i requested for 2 new pillowcases to double-layer over the pillow. Coffee tray was stained with fresh coffee s residue, which would have easily been rinsed off; not a big deal considering the price point of the room. But clean...

"Good location, walking distance to KSL mall and good eateries around. 15 mins to Midvalley mall and JB sentral too. Buffet breakfast is average. Front desk service is good. Room is very spacious too"
