"Was a bit surprised to learn the hotel room didn't have an AC and no ice machine on property. Bummed the Sauna is only open to public 10am to 3pm and then you have to pay. Considering check-in doesn't start until 3pm. Also walking along the creek on the fourmile trail is more like walking on the highway. Not what expected. Still like the atmosphere being in the woods and near a creek."

"The staff were friendly, bright and helpful, everyone was happy to help, efficient and had great personalities. We were very surprised how quiet it was especially because of its location, and we were ale to sleep sound and relax with our furr babies who were able to relax."
