"Staff was super friendly and forthcoming, except during breakfast time. I asked for mor sugar for my coffee and the waitress said no. We only get what is on the table. I spoke to the manager and he immediately got us more sugar. Great ambience in the hotel. I was a little shocked as the waitress that refused us sugar, seemed to not be able to speak either English, German, or French. That's rough as those are the main European languages of this region."

"We enjoyed out stay - we loved having breakfast in the Bodega room! Bathroom a little small though . Disappointed that Europapark doesn't have more items in their stores that relate to the country they are representing though. That would really enhance the experience....."

"Stayed for 1 night only instead 3 nights due to no air conditioning especially in very hot weather. Lovely view of accommodation and nice atmosphere around the restaurant. Food - excellent and great value. Room - restricted and a bit tired. Staff - excellent."
