"This place worked great for our overnight stay. We were 4 adults that needed 3 beds. Beds were comfy. Couch is really comfy...and when we needed one more seat we just brought in a patio chair which my hubby loved. Only noise was a trash dumpster being dumped early am (that is in the city!). Also felt very secure."

"Easy walk to Pease Park and small grocery"

"Loved the heated bathroom floor!! Normal rate would be perfect but was over double during eclipse weekend! Heated bathroom floor was awesome! Quick response from owners but not always resolving issues!! Was very clean, especially for how old it was! Did I mention the heated bathroom floor?"

"The property is in an area the appears to be in development stage. On one side properties need attention but the other area is very nice and upscale. The appartment was clean however, it was hot and humid and had a musty aroma. Overall, the the location and constant communication with the renter was really great."

"Nice enough place, but spiral staircase is an issue for tall folks hitting their head. Easy to communicate with representative who was quite responsive, which I really appreciate. Early check in, late check in all come with a cost, which is not typical but I got frustrated that when I asked for late check out (flights home changed) from needing to leave at 1 instead of 11 I was denied even being willing to pay fee. Mind you, check in is 4 so us leaving at 1 should not have been a problem for...

"Very nice new building within walking distance of downtown Austin. My only criticism is parking is spendy with the valet service."

"This condo is exactly like advertised with a great location. It was fully stocked and a guitar and turned table which by husband teen used often. The one annoying thing worth mentioning is there was loud music playing every night down below on 6th street. If you are planning to sleep in the living room you should be aware of this. My teen didn't seem to mind."
