"We stayed in Winnie’s condo for 2 weeks in May and found it to be exactly as advertised. It was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. The kitchen was excellent and lacked nothing. It even had a slow cooker. The beds were very comfortable and there was ample closet space. The condo was a few steps from the on-site pool. We spent a lot of time on the veranda and made good use of the dining table and the couch was very comfortable. Winnie was there to greet us and made us a carrot cake. She was very helpful and patient. She periodically checked up us to make sure that we were enjoying the condo. She could not of been kinder. Winnie had arranged for Fred to be our taxi driver for our vacation and we used him for airport transportation and to drive us downtown which was 30 minutes away. He was very knowledgeable about the island. We chose to rent a golf cart to get to the beach and to Solomon’s supermarket. This was essential for us. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and our vacation."

"This property was awesome! Having the beach just steps away from our back door was perfect. The pool was just a few doors down. Kitchen was well equipped. We were just not able to use the grill, seemed like only one side was working or something but we did fine without it. Vanessa was quick to respond when I told her about the propane tank being empty and quickly suggested taxi information. I would highly recommend this rental and will definitely come back with our family."

"Waterfront Haven is literally that. Tiffany greeted us with a smile and true island hospitality! Several days we opted to stay at the house rather than explore or head to the beach. It was a perfect spot for peace and tranquility. The lower seawall was an unexpected treasure - there is a ladder to go into the ocean (water shoes are a must but there are lots already at the property) and at high tide we sat down and let the ocean come to us. The warm ocean waves splashing against us were refreshing, relaxing and fun! When the water was still, it was like we were at an aquarium - graceful and beautiful stingrays, multi-coloured fish, a pufferfish, starfish and even a turtle swam by! The accommodations were fabulous and so many bathrooms! We felt secure and private the entire time we were there. If you need a driver, Captain Kirk is your guy, we can't say enough about him and his kindness! We hope to come back soon!"

"Eddie was an incredible host, and his house was perfect for our family of six. It was our first time in Nassau and we would absolutely stay at the property again. Direct views of the ocean and sunrise, and convenience to grocery stores. The neighborhood feels safe and was quiet throughout the week, but still only a short car drive to busier Bay Street area. The house was clean and had all the amenities needed for a week on the island. Thanks again, Eddie!"
