  • Our Private Studio has a small Kitchenette area with a private bath. We pride ourselves in keeping tenants safe by offering Camera Surveillance System on the property. While freshening your clothes in our on-site laundry room, the kids can roam freely around the enclosed playground and yard. Our clean spacious rooms offers high speed WIFI and basic necessities. We offer a free large parking lot. Alternatively, you can try the public transportation. The tourist spots are twenty minutes away.

The room was clean. It's a good location however a rental car is recommended as it's not on a main bus route.

INCOGNITO TOURIST

Exactly what I envisioned, far away from the tourist traps and more of the real Bahamian daily life. The weather was perfect the first five days of my stay. I walked to the local shopping center daily to purchase items but mainly to interact with the locals. For me it is much better experience than the tourist traps in downtown Nassau. I took the local buses to get the feel of local transportation on the island and even more interactions with the riders and some of the bus drivers. I spent days following the above routine. On my way back to the property I would purchase my evening meals from the “Jamaican Restaurant” SWEET FINGERS in the mini mall. Yes authentic Jamaican food in the Bahamas the hours are 11 AM to 5 PM M-S. Get there early sometimes many items are sold out before 5PM and they have daily specials.THE THURSDAY SPECIAL IS STEW PEAS AND RICE WITH 2 SIDES. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WITH THAT MEAL, it is not on the menu of many Jamaican restaurants. Yes, it was excellent in my humble opinion. The time spent in the room was primarily sleeping and maybe watching Netflix. Chrissy made breakfast every morning coffee eggs toast bagels cereal etc, very nice eating outside in the cool mornings. If you’re a huge fan of hot showers, I can do without steaming hot showers in a tropical climate. The hot water was not well hot or maybe I just didn’t wait long enough for it to get hot. Anyway, I enjoy cool showers when the temperature range is 75 -85 degrees Fahrenheit is wakes me up in the morning and cools me down in the evening. My time in New Providence was mostly away from the property, I slept well the bed was ok, I was usually so tired and full from eating it was easy to fall asleep. If you are like me and want a real local Bahamian experience then this is the place to stay!!!!!

L'hôte était sympathique et a répondu à toutes mes questions. La chambre est dans un très mauvais état la tête du lit était très souillé, le matelas devrait être jetté ont entend et ont ressent les ressorts. L'air climatisé ne fourni pas même avec la porte de salle de bain fermé la température est supportable que de 1:30am a 9:30 am. La TV était vraiment le seul article moderne. Une des chaise était cassé, les fotos du site ne sont pas représentative... IL NI A AUCUNE PISCINE ET CELA DEPUIS AU MOIN UN ANS si je me fit a d'autres commentaires....nous avions réservé une semaine non remboursable, nous avons regretté. Nous avons eu que un rouleau de papier de toilette pour deux personnes pour un séjour de une semaine donc nous somme aller acheter du papier. Nous avions que 3feuillea restantes sur le rouleau d'essuie tout. Sur les foto ont voit des articles de salle de bain coton tige savon shampooing.... Mais dans la réalité nous avont eu 1/3 de fond de bouteilles de savon dilué avec de l'eau.... 🙏Ont avaient deux petites bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo c'était très apprécié car l'épicerie est extrêmement loin impossible sans voiture.La nuit ont entend les voitures passer avec la musique a un volume inhumain. Attention si vous voyez des habitations avec le mot BREEZE (ex:cocobreeze, confortbreeze,seabreeze...)c'est le même établissement même si sur la map les adresses semblent différentes, bref je ne recommande vraiment pas,les propriétaires devrais enlever les photos de piscine
