"It's only a 5 star hotel by matter of a checklist, the advertising there is essentially a lie and everything was unclean and barely maintained. I also caught the staff feeding stray dogs on the property, including a friendly puppy, some sort of illegal substance. They were very defensive around the use of the word poison and didn't want the police involved. Do with that information what you will. The puppy was saved but they ran the other dog off into the woods and never retrieved it after...

The pools are fantastic, with great music. We also are at the hotel, and quite enjoyed every minute staying there. We will definitely be back, thank you."

"Aktuell wird in einigen Bereichen renoviert, daher etwas Farbgeruch in einigen Bereichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück fanden wir eher durchschnittlich."

"Great hotel in a very walkable location. The pool and spa area were fantastic and the room itself was HUGE with a very comfortable bed. We didn't have time to try the restaurant but it looked beautiful. The only thing I would say could be improved is the checkin process. They make you fill out a fairly long form that asks you things like your room number and what days you are staying, information they should have readily available."
