"Great hotel staff, beautiful hotel, Lookout rooftop bar/restaurant was wonderful, best bedding/mattress ever. The thing that gave me the ick was the hairs around the edges of the shower floor. I couldn't request a new room/hotel at this point as I was in a hurry getting ready for a wedding and it was the 2nd night before i noticed this, but that and lack of vacuuming around the beds... just gross.
