Spacious oceanfront vintage windmill with unbeatable panoramic views of Nantucket Sound. Enjoy both the charm of the original windmill and the comfort and amenities of the post and beam constructed 2003 addition. The oversized main bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and steam shower. This inviting and airy room also boasts a private deck with stunning ocean views. A second charming bedroom with queen sized bed also has views from every window. The top floor bedroom is a large family room that has a queen sized bed and two twins. There are two separate sitting rooms and a dining area with gas fireplace. The bright and open plan kitchen and living area with its gorgeous beamed ceilings, granite countertops and views, views, views, is a magical gathering space. There are two additional full bathrooms, one on the main floor, and the other near the second bedroom. There is also an extremely large outdoor shower on the rear deck. The two car garage comes equipped with kayaks, bikes and various other water-craft to enhance your stay. This magical house has two more outdoor decks, one for private dining and the other to lounge and watch the sunrise or sunset. The neighborhood includes a private association beach with access to swimming, boating and fishing. Or perhaps you just wish to set your beach chair on the sand bar and watch the amazing bird life. This house has something for everyone!

Amazing vacation home made for relaxation and fun! Every room had incredible views of the water! We loved our stay at this very unique property. The private beach access was a plus and property was well equipped with bikes, paddle boards, and canoes for use. Kitchen was well stocked and property was very clean. Thank you for the great stay!

We had the most amazing time at this beautiful property! The views were absolutely breathtaking and even better than the pictures. The house itself was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The attention to detail was evident throughout the home, from the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful amenities provided by the host. Our stay at the Windmill was also our first trip to Cape Cod. We had a great time! The house had plenty of room and offered everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. The views were beautiful and the house is close to everything. We will definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at the Windmill house. Views were great. Neighborhood was nice and quiet; perfect for going on a walk or lounging on the private beach. House could use some new window shades, but we would definitely stay here again.

Once again, the Windmill house provided a perfect long weekend for my son's family to relax and enjoy the water! Lots of sandcastles, shells, and ocean exploring on the lower half of the tidal flow. This is a seriously great spot and super clean too.

We came up for a quick surprise trip for family and this home was perfect for our stay. Well equipped and very comfortable for us all. The bath and steam shower were bonuses due to the fact we came up in December! We would visit this home again and the owner/host was very accommodating to what we needed. Easily a 5 star property

We had a great stay at The Windmill. We loved the central location that let us visit many places on the Cape. The house is very comfortable and the owners make it very easy for renters - towels, soap, staples in the kitchen, etc. We were constantly commenting on how thoughtfully laid out everything was. Beautiful views in every direction. Owners are friendly and helpful. We'd stay in this house again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Chose Cape Cod for our annual girls weekend and the Windmill was a great base camp for exploring the area. Clean, well-stocked, spacious, quiet. Regularly rent VRBO properties over hotels while traveling and this was one of the best properties. It won't disappoint.

My parents, brother and his family, and I stayed here for a few days. We were immediately blown away by the views, which were front and center from every room. Lots of cozy chairs and couches and two large decks. I loved that there were two living rooms, which allowed us to spread out. The kitchen was nicely updated and included just about everything you could need. We didn't even mind staying in for a day because of the rain because it was so beautiful and homey there.
