Due to a family emergency we stayed here for several nights. It was off season so very quiet. The owner was incredibly accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable, and having the refrigerator was helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again.

This was my first time staying here. My teenage daughters and I booked for 3 nights. I have to say we usually are underwhelmed by places but not here. For about $200 a night you get 2 clean and crisp queen beds. A heating/AC unit that works really well. No weird smells anywhere. A TV with a bunch of channels. Daily housekeeping service. Daily fruit/yogurt/drinks/granola in the mornings. A clean pool thats covered but has windows and doors all around so its shaded but warm with a nice breeze. Lots of parking. A beautiful backyard with lots of grass and chairs to lounge on. A small fridge. Widows in your room that open so you can get fresh air. And there are tons of pamphlets in the office on things to do. And yes, there's an ice cream shop literally 30 steps away. We usually try new places but this might be one of those places we come back to again. What a great 4 day trip.

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much! It is old fashioned cape cod- with kitchenette and key entry to the rooms. So many thoughtful details like dishwashing liquid, dish ware , bathroom spray and super clean and cozy. Cute little sitting areas around the property and the best ice cream right across the street. The shuttle to the beach that is just a few minutes walk is an added bonus.It was a great place to spend our fourth- and we will be back before the summer is over!!!

Staff are super friendly and helpful as we added time to our stay. Can walk to the beach, about half a mile on sidewalk (downhill to go, uphill back). Room comfortable with mini fridge and coffee maker. Nice grab and go continental breakfast and coffee. Beautiful grounds to hang out and sit and the indoor pool was awesome as it was cool and cloud during our stay.
