2/10 Terrible

"Don’t bother - it appears this hotel hasn’t been touched in 30 years. The carpet in the rooms was disgusting af fraying around the edges. The bed spread had to be 20 years old and the floor and room in general was filthy. The bathroom was one of the smallest I have seen in a hotel. Went to the front to ask for an additional pillow and after the attendant make it obvious he was upset with being bothered, laughed when we asked for an additional pillow. Has potential to be a decent hotel if they completely renovate but my recommendation is to find somewhere to stay if you are in the area."

10/10 Excellent

"We had an amazing stay. It was memorial day weekend so it was busy but not so busy as to make things difficult. The staff was AMAZING!! Jess and Gina were the highlight. So helpful and kind they made it all the better. The pool was incredibly clean and the kids had a great time swimming. Also, the breakfast was plentiful with a multitude of choices."

"The problem was with the hotel policy of cancelling multi-day reservations because we didn't arrive on the first day. They said we needed to contact them, but these reservations were pre-paid. We had to pay again when we arrived, so we cut our trip short to just one day. We lost the money we paid for the other two days because of the cancellation."

"This is not a family friendly hotel, at least not for us. I (52F) was traveling with my 78-year-old mother. The bathroom has a non-locking, lightly frosted sliding door, and it was very easy to see the outline of the person on the other side of the bathroom door. This door also opened directly in view of the beds, so there was no way to retain any modesty. Since we were told at the front desk that all the rooms were set up that way, we had to obtain an extra sheet and hang it awkwardly over the sliding door to feel comfortable using the bathroom. Otherwise, the room was fine, so if you are traveling alone or with your significant other you may not mind it. I personally would not stay there again with anyone besides my spouse."
