"My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter in NYC. Great location and within walking distance of subway stations, restaurants, and Bryant Park. We enjoyed the library themed rooms and all the books! We did take advantage of the free continental breakfast on the second floor each morning with coffee, pastries, and light snacks which was very nice. We also liked Bookmarks, the rooftop lounge, to relax after a long day of walking and exploring NYC. The only complaint we had was...

"What a great place - even with the renovation! The staff were outstanding. Whether checking in, heading out, helping with something or in the Celon, the staff could not have been more impressive. We are definitely coming back!"

"very nice and accommodating, in house laundry and bar"

"Very friendly staff from check-in to check-out. The hotel is beautifully appointed and cozy with a sophisticated vibe. This made the bathroom look less clean than it actually was and detracted from the overall impression of the room. Another disappointment was the lack of an espresso machine in the 24/7 beverage room. They do offer several types of coffee,...

"Everything was great and the location was amazing"

"While the room was clean and the bed super comfortable, I felt that the lobby was looking a little run down, especially the flooring."

"Loved this hotel! Great esthetic, extremely clean and the rooms aren’t tiny. Convenient location to grand central - literally a 3 min walk. Would stay again!"
