Lovely Squirrel Cottage is a spacious recently renovated holiday home, in the friendly colourful Cemaes village high street just a few minutes walk from two gently shelving sandy beaches, a very pretty harbour and the famous Anglesey coastal footpath.

Perfect for family and friends the holiday home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a games room with pool table, a large fully equipped kitchen diner with log burner and an enclosed garden with decking, garden furniture and visiting RED SQUIRRELS, backing onto the wooded river valley. There is plenty of parking across the road in the free public car park and off road parking is available at a second nearby holiday home.

Cemaes Bay is a wonderful little known gem of a coastal village with a large amount of amenities including 3 pubs, chip shop, restaurants and cafes, butchers, pharmacy, launderette, general store, post office, Drs, well equipped play park, basketball court, boat trips and many organised local events throughout the year.

It is a spacious cottage was clean on arrival and in an ideal location within walking distance to shop pubs a hotel cafes and most importantly a great beach for dogs to run .We did have a problem with the decking area but the owner sorted it the same day .My only wish was for a TV in the downstairs kitchen as I have a mobility problem and couldn’t get up to comfortable lounge upstairs to watch tv .However there are bedrooms downstairs which was a bonus for me .Plenty of free parking across the road with disabled spaces too .The games room was good for pool competitions

Don’t really want to be at all negative about this property , overall we had a brilliant holiday here and everyone in our party loved it.The property looks small outside but it’s like the tardis inside,plenty of space for all 8 of us, and the games room was great for keeping the teenagers occupied in the evening and damp days. It’s well equipped and the welcome pack was excellent and a lovely touch,as was the little mini toiletries. The only fault was the beds, think the mattresses could do with replacing, ours was so soft we rolled to the middle and our daughter said her single bed was too soft as well. This would not stop us going again, it’s a lovely cottage well situated with everything you need on the doorstep, and the beach and harbour are attractive and well kept. Would highly recommend for a family holiday.
