"The reception we got was wonderful. We thought we had to just use the codes to get in so we didn’t know anyone would be there to meet us and our host was welcoming and helpful. He asked us if if it was the first time we were in Rome and told us that the area would be busy the next day with the Festa della Repubblica, which was very helpful information because we could plan our day around the street closings and see the parade! "Checked in with staff at the bar at coming out. Easy check in process and convenient location. Set up a shuttle service through them which was very easy. Room was clean and cleaned daily if you’d like. Came with a water bottle and nespresso machine/pods and complimentary Prosecco at the bar which was a nice spot for a drink and snack/happy hour. AC, modern shower, comfy bed! Only downside was loud bar downstairs and bright room without good curtain. (both we read about in advance) but was fine...
