"The property was amazing & was more than enough room for our group of 20 people. Pools were nice & the location couldn’t have better. While there were a few things broken, the host was very quick to respond and to get someone over to help us. Only downside, is they are very strict on quiet hours and being outside past 10pm while simultaneously advertising for big groups, including bachelor / bachelorette trips. Regardless, we all had an amazing time in PR, staying at this property! "

"Gio the house manager was very professional and attentive. If we had a question or needed something done right away, he was on top of it. Definitely loved working with him and his team! The teenagers loved the turf soccer field and got a lot of use out of playing on it. Overall, it was a good experience."

"This property was perfect for our group of 8. It is very close to the airport and the rooms are large and comfortable (all beds). The rooms are temperature controlled (have a/c) which allowed us to make the home perfectly comfortable for us. Of the many homes I've booked on this platform all over the world, the pool and grill area on this one is second to none. You have your own resort-style area just for you and your group. We did have a cat (it wasn't feral, looked well-kept) that visited...

"The hotel is beautiful in the middle of Old San Juan. We chose the standard room. There was no window, but we loved it. Bed is super comfortable. Staff is super sweet and helpful. One staff, wish I had taken her name, told us about parking. There is no free parking. She informed us about the least expensive parking. Across the street The Armas Plaza is being renovated. Once it's finished it will be a beautiful place to relax. The room has the bathroom sink in the bedroom. Could use a microwave and a desk and chair. Other than that, I would definitely stay again."
